Sometimes it feels like cycling is all about numbers.
Watts. Kilometres. Average speed. Race results.
We love riding fast, too.
But none of those things decide whether you belong here.
Here's a seat at the coffee table for everyone.
It's not just about riding
Or coffee - although it definitely helps.
It might start with a bike ride and turns into something more meaningful. A connection that would not be made somewhere else. An easy conversations that gets deeper. Laughter with people you didn't now before the ride.
The bike is what brings us together.
The coffee gives us a reason to stay.
And for a little while, everything else becomes less important.
Why coffee rides matter
The coffee ride club began with a very personal story: there was a time when getting out of bed felt incredibly difficult for me.
But solo coffee rides were the reason to get up.
A few hours outside
A coffee waiting somewhere.
A piece of cake.
Flowers growing next to the road.
Slowly, those little things started giving something back.
Energy. Curiosity. A reason to look forward to the next day.
That's what a coffee ride means to me.
Made with intention
We want to protect the wonderful nature we love to ride in.
That's why we try to minimise our environmental footprint:
Our pieces are printed on order in Germany.
As less waste as possible.
Shorter ways.
Eco-friendly materials when suitable.
But it means your order might take a little longer to be ready for delivery.
A compromise we have chosen to make.
We're okay with that - we hope you too!
Designed by the road & trail
We don't create a design on purpose, it finds us on the road or the trail.
It is a feeling, a snapshot of a moment or a phrase that stuck in our mind.
Back home from the ride, I put in on paper.
I know nothing about design; I draw like a child and I've never learnt to illustrate.
Our designs are simple but honest.
